New digital era determine a new approach to the educational phenomenon through new technologies of communication and information. It is born the new education definable as media pedagogy. Virtual education analysis, the online medium leads to the conclusion that there is a new perspective approach to education in terms of postmodern type societies. Currently, the system developed in learning NTIC (New Technologies of Information and Communication) technologies represents the typical formula for informal education. The applicability and the impact force generated by these technologies must determine their widespread introduction in the general education mainstream. The advantage to the new technologies is the high degree of receptivity of the young consumers of new media.

The impact of media technologies has generated a global society where media systems have built a global culture accessible and necessary realities conditions required under a new identity. When we talk about cultural identity we think of global man, that Homo Videns about Giovani Sartori told us being the third millennium man.

Global culture dominated by technology produces media literacy having mass character and shaping a new model of learning. Thus, the educational process is interactive and adaptable to requirements applied.

In this respect, we support and appreciate the effects of new media in the educational plan. The learning process is accessible and interactive, depending on the requirements of accepted social models. Online education virtually gives useful skills for young people in the process of schooling. The tools developed for application programs, mainly specialized on design, such as PowerPoint presentation programs concern a global standard and accessible presentation of specialized knowledge. Interactive learning through specialized formulas, such as e-learning is a necessary variable for the valorization plan of contemporary educational. In this respect, I mention the process of adapting the system easy electronic literacy to young generations and beyond.

The new virtual education system focuses on developing specialized skills depending on the subject matter. Development of critical thinking is noted and applied by the new media in education.
Differences in valuation and content compared to traditional education model a non-standardized education, informal connection regarding the use of knowledge, information and learning formulas. Interactive learning involves a new approach to accessing information and content text. In other words, a user has a wide-sufficient means of exposure and presentation of knowledge. The information is not a simple formula of specialized exposure and orientation. It must be understood and presented in a manner specific to the needs of areas.

In conclusion, the digital society networks, Internet and new media is the most important challenge of the moment in the educational training plan, the impacts become a spearhead of progress in all areas of social life . Education contemporary systems develop continuous training of human pregnancy.
